Bad abdominal cramps for 3 days, today cramps are gone, but have dull lower right pain which comes and goes, what are possibly causes for this?

RLQ abdominal pain: there can be many different causes of right lower quadrant abdominal pain, but the one that causes the most concern it is appendicitis. Because this can devolve into a very serious problem, it is important to get checked out by a physician whenever there is undiagnosed pain in this area. You should see your physician ASAP if the pain is still present. Good luck.
