The skin around my eyes has been very irritated lately. i recently started applying av on them but it burns a little bit. is that normal ?

Irritated eyelids: I am not sure what AV is. It is important that you use products that are approved for use around the eye, i.e. an ophthalmic preparation. The eyelid skin is the thinnest on the body. Perhaps you should make an appointment to be evaluated by an ophthalmologist/oculoplpastic surgeon and discontinue the use of the product.
