Need more info: How much do you weigh? Do you exercise? What is you usual diet? Try eating a diet of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts; low in saturated fats; no tobacco, and no more than one drink a day. And exercise at least 30 minutes each day and increase the intensity of exercise gradually.
