Life: Sports, fast-paced hobbies, perhaps even video games. Structured repetition of the particular skill-set you want to develop is generally the best way to develop it. Medicine doesn't have much in the way of hacks or fixes for these sorts of things. Of course, if there's a disease limiting one's reflexes and coordination i.e. Parkinson's or Alzheimers, then we might have some options.
