Not yet: Goals at 2 months - make eye contact and start cooing. Some may still a few more weeks to develop good eye contact. Startle reflex as long as both sides are moving can still be seen. Most states require a hearing test before being discharged from hospital. Child is ready for 2 month check up - have the MD check development and your concerns.
