Unlikely: #1 Congrats on breastfeeding--it is not easy! #2 After 4 days, it is unlikely you will experience engorgement now. If you do, a few things that may help: apply cooled cabbage leaves inside your bra, take an over the counter antihistamine (will help "dry" you up), do not pump or nurse as that would be counterproductive, but you may hand express a small amount in the shower if you need to.
