STD? Herpes? PID?: You don't provide enough info. Based on the little you say, pain the abdomen could be pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection) due to gonorrhea or chlamydia. Of course these STDs are possible only if at risk (new relationship, partner with other partners, etc). If the "bumps" are red and become blisters or sores, gential herpes is a consideration. See a doctor ASAP.
