No risk at all: Oral contact with skin anywhere on the body, other than the genitals or anus, is risk free for all STDs. Even oral contact directly with a partner's genitals is low risk for all STDs and zero risk for some -- not entirely risk free, but much lower chance of infection than unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Anyway, certainly no worries about kissing mouths, legs, arms, body, buttocks, neck, etc.
