Can be PGAD: Jeanine, are you having these at night? Does this get uncomfortable ever? You may have "persistent genital arousal disorder", which is rare. Typically a workup is warranted, and occasionally we order specific imaging studies as well. Seek a specialist in FPMRS, if nobody is local I'm not too far from you in NJ.
