Os Trigonum: typicalky the surgery involves removing the piece of bone from the inside of a tendon- the Tibialis Posterior Tendon. The tendon needs 3-4 weeks to heal, then 3-4 weeks of therapy to regain the strength. So 6-8 weeks. Sometimes longer.

Specific questions: regarding surgeries should always be directed at your surgeon doing the procedure. Sutures stay in anywhere from 10-21 days. Due to the location of the incision where skin stretches a lot with movement you may be looking about 1.5-2 months…assuming this is done open. Some guys do these minimal incision and this may require less time to recooperate.
