On Accutane for too : Accutane can cause skin and nail abnormalities. It can also affect your liver enzymes. I recommend going off a cutaneous for two months and then reassessing with your doctor if you still need it. It can also cause photosensitivity or sensitivity to sun light which can also affect your skin. Consider getting blood work to assess your liver enzymes.
