RLS is treatable: If not yet done, you need to make sure that your RLS is not a consequence of iron deficiency, as it appears to be in many patients. If not, there are now medications e.g. pramipexol or ropinirole, that have been shown to be quite effective in managing the symptoms of RLS. Also, you should consider minimizing known factors like alcohol and caffeine. Check the RLS foundation website: http://rls.org
