Several possible: Restless leg syndrome can be difficult to treat with conventional medicines alone. It can accompany other illnesses like kidney disease, diabetes, iron deficiency, and parkinson's. Massage and stress relief may help. Also, classical homeopathy can help with this. You'd need to consult with a trained homeopath to review your case & prescribe an effective remedy. http://www.homeopathyusa.org.

RLS: The main treatment strategy for RLS when it is severe and primary that is not related to other illness is dopamin agonists like Requip (ropinirole) or mirapex. There are 5-6 groups of medications that can be very helpful at times. You can get more info from RLS foundation website and local sleep specialists. www.rls.org.
