Brown patches: Hi Kyle It would help to know your history ( age, medical conditions, duration of symptoms etc...) so this will be a rather generic answer. Brown patches on the lower legs are " usually" hemosiderin deposits caused by poor venous circulation. If you also have ankle edema you may wish to visit your primary care doctor for a work up.
