My left ear has been pressured with air when i woke up the other day and my hearing has been lowered down how can i fix this?.

Time: This is prob caused by fluid in the middle ear. This occurs when the eustac. tube gets plugged, and the negative pressure causes the fluid to be present. Usually this will resolve by itself in 1-2 weeks. IF not then see your DR.

See ENT/ PCP: There are many reasons for increased ear pressure with hearing difficulties from allergies to ear wax impaction to even underlying infection. You should definitely see your PCP for an evaluation to make sure that the hearing issue is not something that can become permanent.
