I had the full post exposure rabies vaccines 20 years ago. 1 year and 11 months ago i had the 2 dose post exposure. are the last shots still working?

Possibly: The immunologic memory following rabies vaccine is variable. You may still have sufficient circulating antibodies from your prior vaccines, but regular boosters might be recommended depending on your risk of exposure. Preferred method is to check bloodwork for antibody levels prior to giving booster. Otherwise, you should always receive 2 doses of vaccine after any exposure.
