It doesn't happen: Blood borne viruses (HIV, hepaitis B and C viruses, or others) are not acquired from contaminated environments. Virus survival is brief, especially when blood or body fluids dry, but what really matters is that nobody is known to have been infected in this way. Use common sense hygiene (wash hands etc) if you come into contact with wet body fluids, blood, etc. Otherwise don't worry about it.
