Not normal, get care: Any abnormal or changed vaginal discharge, and any unexplained vaginal bleeding (the only possibility for a "red tinge") requires medical evaluation. Cervicitis or infection, including STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia, are common causes, especially if under age 30 or at risk, e.g. new partner, partner with other partners, etc. See your gyn or maybe your local NHS GUM clinic soon.
