Get examined: Horse fly bites can be very painful and can cause a considerable amount of swelling and discoloration. They can also cause anaphylaxis and lesser degrees of allergic reaction. Horse flies tend to transmit infectious diseases as they go from host to host. The bites can get secondarily infected. Best to get examined to be sure no infection. see>http://bit.ly/1EngCJI
