Calamine : you can use calamine lotion 4- 5 times on her . It is soothing to the skin .

Leave it alone: I find calamine stinks enough to trigger nasal congestion in small kids and excessively drying. Roseola is a process that comes up from within the skin and does not benefit from any topically applied medication.The rash will clear on its own timetable without any help.
