Need to get tests: few things u need looked into: 1) HIV and Hepatitis screening. 2) immune deficiency testing that would be genetic. 3) autoimmune testing. 4) liver and kidney testing. 5) and also to consider hygiene if needs to be considered. U should start with ur family doctor or even a Infectious Disease Doctor
