Leg soreness: .At 44 additional height growth is unlikely. Acromegaly, increased growth hormone, is mostly coarser features thickened digits rather than vertical growth. Pain may be polymyalgia, sciatica, deep infection, pressure in abdomen due to ovary colon. Bilateral clots are rare. .Check CBC,CMP, sed rate, ANA, d-dimer May need imaging. F/U w/ doc this week

Not possible: the pains you're having are not related to growth. Were you working out or exerting yourself more than usual recently? If the symptoms persist, see your PCP or have a consult via Healthtap virtual consults to get a more detailed evaluation.
