Leg soreness: .At 44 additional height growth is unlikely. Acromegaly, increased growth hormone, is mostly coarser features thickened digits rather than vertical growth. Pain may be polymyalgia, sciatica, deep infection, pressure in abdomen due to ovary colon. Bilateral clots are rare. .Check CBC,CMP, sed rate, ANA, d-dimer May need imaging. F/U w/ doc this week
