Extra Strength what?: I do not know what drug extra strength (fill in the blank) Tylenol, (acetaminophen) Advil, etc.. If you have ingested analgesics in that amount you need to go to the ER to be evaulated. Acetominophen Overdose can occur by a an acute single ingestion of a large amount or by repeated ingestion of an amount exceeding the recommended dosage. Poisoning or liver injury can occur. Go now!
