Can be normal: Often pupils are different sizes. This is often normal. See your ophthalmologist for assessment and have it documented. This will save you grief in the future. All the best.

Not necessarily, but: 20% of the population has a mild difference in pupil size (anisocoria) which is called "physiologic" and not related to an underlying medical problem. If available carefully check old photographs to see if it was present in the past. See an ophthalmologist if anisocoria is a NEW development as it can be due to a number of diseases of the eye as well as conditions of the nervous system.
