Pupil big: Normally the pupils are wide in darkness, but if it is only on one side and accompanied with shooting headache, you need a neurological evaluation as soon as possible. Blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, etc should be watched for as well. How did the pain start? Have this info ready when you see the doctor.
