Need more info: Not enough information to give any meaningful advice. Would need to discuss past history and history of current complaint and focused questions designed to narrow the list of possible causes. Go to ER for pain/BP: The BP is very high for a 36 year old person and may be due to a problem with narrowing of the aorta, a tumor in the adrenal gland or narrowed artery to the kidneys as 3 more dangerous problems. Controlling the BP and finding the cause of a young person's high BP needs immediate attention. Contact your doctor or go to the ER for this problem.
