Continue to treat.: You either have some kind of allergy or contact dermatitis. If it came back yard work then it most likely is something like poison ivy. This often requires a treatment for a longer period. Please continue treatment for 4-5 days more. If it doesn't clear out or comes back then your doctor might need to give you oral medications.
