Is pain on just the right side of the pelvis normal when you start your period in 3-4 days? i also have pcos.

May be.: It may be normal premenstrual pain. Are you on any birth control pills? If not and if you are sexually active, this raises the question of ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy in right ovary or tube). It may also be from cyst or other lesion of the right ovary. Wait for the period to start. If the pain doesn't go away, or if it comes back again, then go see your doctor or OB/Gyn.
