You should do...: ...whatever your doctor recommends. I don't know your clinical situation, but the CT scan shows an poorly imaged cystic (air or fluid filled) growth at the base of your skull. Cystic growths are almost always "benign" meaning, they aren't cancerous. But "benign" growths can cause problems if they're located in places like the clivus. Rarely a cancer can grow there.
