Atypical UTI, PID?: Hmm... Something doesn't compute. UTI doesn't usually cause abdominal pain, especially on only one side. I'm concerned you might have pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), i.e. fallopian tube infection due to gonorrhea or chlamydia, which also can cause UTI symptoms (burning urination, etc). Not sure what you mean by "lump"; if on labia or near vagina, maybe also an STD. Recheck w/ your doctor ASAP
