I took 800 mg of advil at 11:55 pm last night it's now 3:30 am and i just took 1,000 mg of tylenol (acetaminophen) is that ok? or was i not suppose to rake them together?

Totally Fine!: Thats completely fine! You can alternate Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Motrin/Ibuprofen without any problems. Tylenol (acetaminophen) should be no more than 4,000 mg in a 24 hour time period (so 1,000 mg every 6 hours) and Motrin no more than 2,400 mg in 24 hours (800mg every 8 hours). Make sure to take Advil/Motrin/ibuprofen with some food to avoid stomach irritation.
