Dehydration? : Sometimes you can have headache from not taking enough fluids during your workout. That's my first thought. If the headache does not get better, or if you also have dizziness, nausea, changes in your vision or more, then it could be more serious & you need to see a clinician. In the meantime, drink more water. Hope that helps.
