No: Always follow the directions on the packaging. Many of these products contain antihistamines that can cause dry mouth and dizziness. Excessive amounts of advil can also cause stomach acid upset. If you are having trouble with congestion - snort some nasal saline and hack out the buggers. Consider adding a nasal steroid spray once a day - Nasocort OTC. Cool mist humidifier at night.
