Probably not: Your TSH is in the normal range. If your symptoms are tiredness, bloating and fluid retention it could be from your pregnancy. If you are very concerned discuss it with your MD and ask for a TPO antibody test - this screens if your immunity is attacking your thyroid. Keep drinking lots of water - rest often - pregnancy is hard work!

No: Usually TSH rises as the gland produces less hormone. Yours went down. The symptoms you list do not suggest low thyroid.
