Get it checked: You have been having pain testis for 5. Years . We can not tell you what is wrong if any with your testis as we don't have enough information , cause of pain in testis can be from infection, tumer,torsion. But all these are acute conditions and will not last for 5 years.Do you feel any swelling.It can also be due to inflammation of epidydymis . Get it checked from your doctor or a urologist
