YES: You are describing symptoms of a concussion. Back in the day the coach used to tell you to "suck it up" and keep playing. Concussions - even small ones - can affect you for some time. Consider avoiding sports until cleared by your MD. Often cognitive rest - meaning resting your brain from TV, phone, reading - may be prescribed for a couple of weeks.

Yes: You have symptoms of a concussion and you should be seen and it should be documented. If this a first concussion you should be off sports for 1 week or more and recover completely before going back to sports. All the best.
