Find cause: No evidence that Seroquel (quetiapine) affects efficacy of Duromine. However, weight gain due to Seroquel (quetiapine) is difficult to lose. Discuss lowering dose of Seroquel (quetiapine) or alternative med less likely to cause weight gain with prescribing doctor. Also check thyroid hormones, other possible medical causes for weight gain. Meantime eat healthy and exercise as much as possible. Take care.
