I am having issues with lower left side pain, it is sort of near my pelvic area. i took some tylenol (acetaminophen) and also some cranberry chews earlier. what else can i do? i don't feel feverish, just pain

Go see ur Family Doc: If over-the-counter measures don't help, it's time for you to see your Family Doc for evaluation, diagnosis & treatment. Causes include constipation, kidney stones, urinary tract infections, diverticulitis, menstrual cramps, Mittelschmerz, ovarian cysts/torsion, etc.
