Time to check: Having no cycles for a year with spotting after intercourse should be seen by your OB for a full exam. Birth control helps regulate periods - so you may have an ovary dysfunction since your periods stopped. Ask your doctor about Polycystic Ovarian Disorder. But get a full check up and Pap smear soon please.
