For 3 months, when i swallow it feels like a lump on right side of throat (painless). on same side, my nostril if often clogged in morning. thoughts?

Infection vs. Tumor: This could be a number of things but the possibility of an infection versus a tumor cannot be ruled out by your question. Allergy is also a possibility. I would advise and ENT evaluation as soon as possible to rule out the issue if a tumor.
