YES: I've seen 90 days listed as the upper limit for irregular cycles before you need to see your doc. Pregnancy is the classic cause of a miss, and you can decide if you need some home testing. If this is a trend, you could consider the pill as a way to plan make your pattern predictable.That was one of the original reasons those hormones were studied.
