Yes: Yes it can be typical for people with irregular periods; sometimes you can go for several weeks without a period. If you are sexually active and don't have a period in 4 weeks please consider a pregnancy test and don't just assume you are having an irregular period

YES: I've seen 90 days listed as the upper limit for irregular cycles before you need to see your doc. Pregnancy is the classic cause of a miss, and you can decide if you need some home testing. If this is a trend, you could consider the pill as a way to plan make your pattern predictable.That was one of the original reasons those hormones were studied.
