You may have: a simple fluctuation in your hormonal cycle. many factors can cause hormone fluctuations, including weather, exercise, nutrition (or lack of), emotional distress or stress, illnesses, big changes in routine, and infections. Check pregnancy 1st: The most common cause of amenorrhea (not getting a period) in a female your age is pregnancy. So that's the first thing you need to check. Assuming that is not the case, I suggest seeing a doctor for an analysis of your hormones. There are a number of endocrine disorders that can cause amenorrhea, some of them require treatment.
