Pain: Usually pain or other signs of fluid behind your eardrum, like a blocked or plugged feeling or decreased hearing. An infection in the ear canal often has drainage and pain of the ear. Sometimes you can rupture your eardrum and have drainage as well. Then all the general symptoms such as fever, vomiting and other cold symptoms, runny nose and congestion. Be seen and all the best.
