Is a crackly ear an ear infection?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Kristi Woods
22 years experience in Pediatrics
Not necessarily: I'd recommend getting it looked at if it hurts. An ear infection could be crackly, cut crackly doesn't mean ear infection.
