Can hsv2 cause nausea, diarrhea, general stomach upset and a single hard cyst-like bump on my inner thigh? no lesions present

Hard bump?: Herpes 1 or Herpes 2 does not cause a hard, cyst-like bump in the skin. Herpes skin lesions are a group of little blisters, about 1/32 to 1/16 of an inch in size. They are fragile, so their tops break open in 1-2 days. Then they crust over and look like one crust (because they are grouped close together). Herpes skin lesions do hurt, but the amount of tenderness varies among patients.
