Im on the depo shot for the first month but i recently had a spotting period. i also had unprotected sex, and let him finish inside of me. pregnant?

Unlikely: Irregular bleeding is common following the first shot of Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) If you got that first shot during your period, you should be reliably protected against pregnancy from the time you got it until the next shot is due. Remember however that it doesn't protect against STDs. Condoms are necessary to reduce that risk. Hope this helps.
