This could be: caused by a number of problems thus more information is needed. Any urinary problems....history of kidney stones..burning on urination?? Any recent injuries...possibly your back??? the pain could be due to pinched nerve at the T 12-L1 , L1-2 levels Ask again with more info. Dr Z
