About two weeks ago i fell on a brick and i got a deep cut. i've been treating it everyday, but it hasn't turned into a scab yet.

See Dr: Sounds like it needed cleaned out and sutured or stapled shut. Now that is couple of weeks old, will either have to heal from bottom up (= long time & big scar) or you will have to see a dr or plastic surgeon who can revise the wound and close it primarily so it will heal properly.
