I fell a few months ago and got a cut near my knee, turned to a scab, then a blister. i reinjured it a month ago and there's still a reddish hard blister-like lump that doesn't seem to contain liquid, but it hasn't gone away? should i be patient?

Depends: I would take a photo or see a doctor for a consult. Without being able to see the scab/blister it is difficult to say. Keloids can form at a scar trauma area or it could possible be a funucle. Can't say without knowing more information
