BV? STD? Trich?: It could still be yeast, although the main yeast symptoms usually are irritation and itching, with little discharge and usually not "milky" or "pinkish". And yeast usually responds well to treatment. If also strong odor, maybe BV after all, or trichomonas. Return to your doctor for reevaluation. I hope you were tested for STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas). If not, do so now.
